Twitter as we all know if you're using Twitter since 2006 when it was made we all have a memory of Twitter as it was an excellent platform for News, Sports also to share your thoughts in the form of Tweets and a lot of other things. I myself liked Twitter very much as it's been a part of my daily life and we are now familiar with the Twitter bird and its name.
But the Official news just came out today as Twitter is now officially rebranded to "X".
Elon Musk the Owner of Twitter confirms that Twitter has changed its logo to X and also its name on Google Playstore or Appstore. Whenever you search for Twitter you see an app named "X" . Also the iconic bird icon is now also officially changed to "X". Elon Musk also confirms that the domain "X.com" will now be redirected to "Twitter.com".
Twitter's Name and Logo Is Changed in Playstore on Android.
However, on Apple Appstore, Only the Logo is Changed. The Name is Still Twitter.
In October 2022, when Musk Bought Twitter for $44 billion, the company’s official legal name was registered as X Corp. He had said that buying Twitter was an accelerant to creating X, the Everything app.
On Sunday, Musk changed his profile picture to the new logo and added to his bio “X.com.” He tweeted that the idea of changing the logo to “X” was to “embody the imperfections in us all that make us unique.”
In a tweet on Monday morning, Twitter CEO Linda Yaccarino unveiled the new Twitter logo via a post and wrote, “X is here! Let’s do this.” In another tweet, she wrote, “Lights. Camera. X!” along with an image of the new “X” logo placed on the side of Twitter’s headquarters in San Francisco.
And Today on 30th July the Logo on the Twitter Building in San Francisco is Officially Changed To "X" as Elon Musk tweeted.

Twitter CEO Linda Yaccarino said :

The iconic blue bird has been a part of the Twitter brand since its launch in 2006. Having a great war with Facebook and a worthy Competitor. With the rebranding done to “X,” it’s time to say a final goodbye to the original logo after being around for 17 years holding millions of memories and a very good time. We will never forget Twitter and the bird.
